Meadow Falls Senior Living group in Rocky River is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician who takes pride in their work. You will perform routine maintenance and repairs, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained community for residents.

Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the community
• Complete work orders in a timely manner
• Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment
• Assist with apartment turns and resident move-ins
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and carpentry repairs
• Help maintain the grounds and outdoor areas
• Ensure the community remains safe, clean, and well‑maintained
• Participate in emergency on‑call rotation as needed
