The maintenance technician will perform diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment, supporting the company's goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Install and maintain production machines and plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot PLCs and VFDs.
• Perform machinist, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic repairs.
• Read manuals and work orders to perform maintenance.
• Diagnose problems, replace parts, test, and adjust.
• Conduct preventive maintenance.
• Perform plumbing, welding, carpentry tasks.
• Use hand and power tools, meters, welding equipment.
• Report faulty operations and unusual situations.
• Log work in CMMS.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain clean work areas.
• Provide emergency repairs during and outside production hours.
• Perform scheduled maintenance repairs.
• Willing to accept after-hours calls.

Required Education and Experience

• Electrical or Welding experience
• Experience with AC & DC power
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, PLCs, pneumatics
• Read schematics
• Strong work ethic and motivation
• Ability to multi-task and problem-solve
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good communication skills in English
