Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1-3 years of industrial experience in a high-speed manufacturing or packaging environment preferred.
• Proficient in mechanical troubleshooting and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair high speed manufacturing equipment.
• Prioritize operation and maintenance across multiple pieces of equipment.
• Perform quality checks and log results in automated systems.
• Interpret data to support quality and productivity decisions in a data-driven environment.
• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on process equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, following sanitation and safety standards.

SALARY

$29.44/hr +4.25 hours of daily OT

SHIFT

12 hours (rotating days/nights) every quarter

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate, maintain troubleshoot and repair high speed manufacturing equipment

• Responsible for prioritization of operation and maintenance on multiple pieces of manufacturing equipment

• Perform quality checks and recording them in our automated quality control systems

• Interpret data to make quality and productivity decisions, we’re a data driven company

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on process equipment

• Maintain our work area in accordance with all sanitation and housekeeping standards, safety is our first priority

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED

• 1-3 years of industrial experience, preferably in a high-speed manufacturing or packaging environment

• Proficient in mechanical troubleshooting

• Able and willing to work a rotating 12-hour and other alternate work schedule, including day and night shift rotations, and required weekend and holiday hours

• Able and willing to work mandatory overtime as required

• Superior work history, including good attendance

• Knowledge of safety policies and procedures
