Job summary

Dauch Corporation in Ridgway, CO seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform preventative and daily maintenance on plant equipment and facilities. You will participate in design and fabrication, manage critical parts inventory, and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and lean programs.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED (Associates preferred) and 3+ years in electrical, mechanical, or welding roles, plus NFPA 70E and OSHA training.

Qualifications

• Electrical safety NFPA 70E required.
• OSHA required training completed.
• Ability to pass company training as required.
• 3+ years electrical, mechanical and welding background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Preventative maintenance program.
• Daily maintenance repairs to equipment and facilities.
• Aid in design and fabrication of new or redesigned equipment.
• Maintain critical PM parts inventory and/or suppliers.
• Operate forklift and aerial lifts (licenses preferred).
• Ensure adherence to company policies and resources.
• Comply with Quality, Environmental, Safety and Lean programs.

Job Description:

• Preventative maintenance program
• Daily maintenance repairs to equipment and facilities
• Aid in design and fabrication of new or redesigned equipment
• Maintain critical & PM parts inventory and/or parts suppliers
• Fork truck and Aerial lift license
• Able to operate all plant equipment
• Assure company policies, procedures, requirements and resources are adhered to
• Comply and improve the companies Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Lean program
• Responsible for proper use of corporate accounts

Required Skills and Education

• Electrical safety including NFPA 70E Qualified level
• All OSHA required training
• Ability to pass required Company training
• High school diploma or GED. Associates degree preferred
• A minimum of 3 years company or related electrical, mechanical and welding background preferred
