Job summary

Dauch Corporation in Ridgway, CO is seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for preventative maintenance, daily repairs, and supporting equipment design and fabrication.

Qualified candidates will have NFPA 70E safety, OSHA training, and the ability to pass company training; a high school diploma or GED is required, with an associates degree preferred. Three years of related electrical, mechanical and welding experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass company training programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance program duties.
• Carry out daily maintenance repairs to equipment and facilities.
• Assist in design and fabrication of new or redesigned equipment.
• Maintain critical PM parts inventory and coordinate with suppliers.
• Operate forklift and aerial lifts as licensed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and resources.
• Support Quality, Environmental, Safety and Lean programs.
• Use corporate accounts properly.

Job Description:

• Preventative maintenance program
• Daily maintenance repairs to equipment and facilities
• Aid in design and fabrication of new or redesigned equipment
• Maintain critical & PM parts inventory and/or parts suppliers
• Fork truck and Aerial lift license
• Able to operate all plant equipment
• Assure company policies, procedures, requirements and resources are adhered to
• Comply and improve the companies Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Lean program
• Responsible for proper use of corporate accounts

Required Skills and Education

• Electrical safety including NFPA 70E Qualified level
• All OSHA required training
• Ability to pass required Company training
• High school diploma or GED. Associates degree preferred
• A minimum of 3 years company or related electrical, mechanical and welding background preferred
