Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced apartment Maintenance Technician to perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical and building systems. You will diagnose and repair issues, keep common areas safe and clean, and handle minor carpentry and general repairs.

The role may involve supervising junior staff, managing inventory, and submitting maintenance records. Expect on-call duties 24/7 and compliance with safety codes while supporting Brandywine Apartments and Eastpointe

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical or vocational training preferred.
• 1–2 years of residential/apartment maintenance experience required.
• Skilled in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general repairs.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications such as HVAC or OSHA are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• On-call duties 24/7 including evenings/weekends/holidays.
