Job summary

Gpac and a growing U.S. manufacturing partner are seeking a Maintenance Technician for 1st shift to perform hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of complex manufacturing equipment on a fast-paced shop floor.

Ideal candidates will read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings, troubleshoot CNC mills, lathes and machining centers, and understand hydraulic and pneumatic control systems along with automation and PLC basics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics and manuals.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing CNC equipment (mills, lathes, machining centers).
• Knowledge of die cast presses, including mechanical and hydraulic controls.
• Familiarity with automation, PLC basics or robotic systems.

1st shift

Preferred:

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
