Job summary

Dartmouth Group in Provincetown, MA is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to keep building systems operating efficiently and facilities well maintained.

You will perform carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical repairs, and routine preventive maintenance, handle fixtures and safety requirements, and contribute to a safe, well‑presented property.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of general residential maintenance experience.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Customer‑service oriented and team focused.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and takes initiative.
• Knowledge of electrical and plumbing codes; OSHA and safety requirements.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Perform maintenance tasks such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs to keep the building properly maintained.

• Operate and perform routine maintenance and repairs on systems and equipment as needed.
• Maintain company‑issued vehicle (routine preventive maintenance, oil changes, etc.), if applicable.

Pay: $26–$30 per hour.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
