Maintenance Technician
The Maintenance Technician assists in carrying out maintenance processes including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance. Responsibilities include the make-ready process, responding to work orders, performing repairs, maintaining the property, and ensuring safety standards under supervision.
