Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician assists in carrying out maintenance processes including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance. Responsibilities include the make-ready process, responding to work orders, performing repairs, maintaining the property, and ensuring safety standards under supervision.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Community Maintenance: Respond to requests, ensure repairs, assist with turn events, perform pool maintenance, inspect grounds, and maintain safety standards.
2. Customer & Resident Relations: Provide excellent service, manage requests promptly, and enforce community policies.
3. Record Keeping & Safety: Maintain accurate records, follow safety procedures, and participate in emergency on-call duties.

Education/Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Basic computer skills and understanding of relevant laws and OSHA requirements.

Physical Requirements

• Regular movement, climbing, lifting, working in various environments, and working overtime or on-call as needed.

License/Equipment

• Reliable transportation is required for emergency on-call duties.

Asset Living offers a comprehensive rewards package including benefits, 401K, bonuses, paid sick days, and holidays. Salary range: $21 - $25 per hour.
