Job summary

Our client, a world class manufacturing company, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team in Portage, WI. The ideal candidate will have solid mechanical troubleshooting skills, basic electrical and a strong work ethic that fits the organization.

Pay ranges from $29.24/hour to $42.00/hour depending on experience, with overtime available. The role involves plant maintenance, electrical work, and support for equipment upgrades, with on-call duties rotating weekly.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years maintenance experience or educational equivalent.
• 1-3 years experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Ability to repair and install piping; welding experience is a plus but not required.
• Boiler Water and RO treatment experience is a plus but not required.
• Computer skills and CMMS software experience are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair and troubleshoot all plant equipment.
• Electrical troubleshooting and repairs (24VDC and 120VAC).
• Assist in developing and installing new equipment or plant expansion projects.
• Support on call requirements for the plant with a rotating schedule.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician 3rd shift 2-2-3 schedule

Location: Portage WI

Pay Range: $29.24/hour up to 42.00/hour depending upon experience level. OT available.

What’s the Job?

• Maintain, repair and troubleshoot all plant equipment.
• Electrical troubleshooting and repairs (24VDC and 120VAC). Basic
• Assist in developing and installing new equipment or plant expansion projects.
• Support on call requirements for the plant: 1 week duration, rotating responsibility depending on position.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance.

What’s Needed?
