• Must pass level 2 fingerprinting with an Eligible status.
• Flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs and replacements.
• Conduct inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
• Perform repairs and renovations to restore damaged or broken facilities and equipment.
• Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
• Work safely and efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure resident safety.
