Qualifications

Overview

• Location: Plant City, FL
• Salary Range: $30.63-$39.88
• Shift: 7am-3pm (2 weeks), with rotation between 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts every 2 weeks
• Occasional weekend work (Saturday/Sunday) may be required

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing and facility equipment.
• Use electrical and mechanical skills to troubleshoot PLC-controlled printing and packaging equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and mechanical repairs.
• Fabricate and weld brackets, connect power supply wires, and diagnose malfunctions using test equipment.
• Inspect electrical systems for hazards and compliance, and install wiring and conduit.
• Work from blueprints and schematics, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED required.
• 3-5 years of maintenance experience, manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to pass Ramsay Assessment testing mechanical and electrical skills.
• Skills in machining, welding (TIG, stick), reading schematics, plumbing, and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic systems.
• Good attendance, work ethic, and ability to work independently.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for 8 hours, and wear PPE.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends.
