Job description

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our talented team in Pinellas Park, Florida. The successful candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting, repair, and maintaining production equipment.

Shifts: 2nd Shift: Monday through Friday (3:30pm-midnight)

What You Will Do

1. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems in a manufacturing environment.
2. Perform reactive, preventative, and predictive maintenance to support production equipment.
3. Lead technical and process improvement projects.
4. Work with robotic systems.
5. Analyze production data, identify trends, and offer recommendations for improvement.
6. Create, maintain, and improve documentation related to equipment and manufacturing processes.
7. Provide design input on custom fabricated equipment and equipment parts.
8. Train Technicians and Machine Operators.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

1. Three years or more of Electro-Mechanical Maintenance experience.
2. Experience in industrial preventative maintenance (electric motors, gear boxes, pneumatic cylinders, cams, bearings, VFD systems, sensors, servos, potentiometers).
3. Experience interpreting electrical schematics, specifications, manuals, and blueprints.
4. Experience working with 24VDC control systems.

What Will Put You Ahead

1. AAS Degree or Vocational Education.
2. Experience working with PLC/HMI software.
3. Vision software experience.
