CCMC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the cleanliness and safety of our master‑planned community in Phoenix. You will perform a range of tasks from basic repairs to more complex maintenance, including lighting, doors, painting, carpentry, plumbing, and general area upkeep. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.
The role requires a background check, a physical, and a drug screen. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are also needed.

Our Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the facilities and buildings including garbage and waste disposal; performing event/room setups and breakdowns. This role is fundamental in maintaining our beautiful community and ensuring a safe environment for all.

If driving is, or becomes, a requirement of the role, it is required, at all times, that you hold a valid state driver’s license for the class of vehicle you are driving, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits.
