Fairlawn in Illinois is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will handle a range of maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs, while maintaining resident relations and safety compliance.
The role requires a High School diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently and in a team. On-site work with on-call duties and possible longer hours around turnover periods are expected.
