Responsibilities

What you will do as our next Maintenance Technician

• Be a Leaderas you ensure that all work performed is conducted in a safe and timely manner adhering to standards of safety and effective equipment utilization.
• Put our best foot forward as you maintain the basic upkeep of all rooms and common areas by ensuring all furniture, appliances and electrical equipment such as televisions, refrigerators, and light fixtures are in working order
• Showcase your skillsas you assist in preventive maintenance and perform minor adjustments on HVAC systems, room furniture, fixtures and other items in the hotel
• Be a team player as we work hard and have lots of fun!

Requirements

What you need to be successful as a Maintenance Technician

• Have a fun, positive, and energetic personality.
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must possess basic computer skills.

• Proven experience in maintenance

• Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems

• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods

• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices

• Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills

• Good physical condition and willingness to work overtime
