Job summary

TSP talent is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Pataskala, Ohio to maintain, inspect, and repair facilities, equipment, and machinery to promote workplace efficiency and profitability.

The role covers daily inspections of conveyor systems, routine PMs on HVAC, air compressors, generators, and material handling tools, plus minor electrical/plumbing tasks and collaboration with external contractors.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Understanding of MSDS standards, lock-out/tag procedures.
• Ability to climb ladders and operate power equipment.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Owns basic tools and can follow safety and cleaning protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections and repairs of conveyor systems and equipment.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance on air compressors, generators, compactors, bailers, conveyors, and material handling tools.
• Inspect and repair fire protection equipment.
• Administer parts and perform minor electrical, plumbing, painting, and office furniture tasks.
• Maintain heating, air conditioning, and lighting systems.
• Sort, load, and recycle materials such as pallets, cardboard, metals, and light bulbs.
• Assist external contractors and respond promptly to maintenance issues and malfunctions.
