Job summary

Institutional Casework INC is seeking a maintenance professional to oversee the maintenance of plant equipment and facilities in Paris, Kentucky. The role entails planning and executing preventative maintenance without disrupting production, ensuring equipment meets safety and quality standards, and proactively enhancing efficiency. The ideal candidate must have a focus on safety and cleanliness in the workplace. Occasional travel to other plants may be required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all maintenance of plant equipment and facilities.
• Plan and execute a preventative maintenance schedule without interruption to production.
• Maintain plant equipment to provide the most efficient manufacturing production process.
• Maintain equipment to meet all safety, mechanical, electrical, and quality standards.
• Monitor equipment and facilities for any issues that may interfere with production schedule.
• Attend meetings with Management to discuss maintenance issues, status, and timetable for repair.
• Proactively identify and implement continuous improvements that contribute to plant efficiency, safety, and reduce production expenses.
• Responsible for a safe, clean, and hazard-free working environment.
• Periodically travel to other plants as needed.
