Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Company: Domino's Pizza Supply Chain Center

Shift: 3rd shift; Sunday-Thursday

Compensation: $30.50-$37.30; bi-weekly pay

The Maintenance Technician will repair and install bakery equipment in a distribution manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include designing, evaluating, and troubleshooting PLC interfaces, performing preventative maintenance, and working with robotics. The role requires skills in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, hydraulics, pneumatics, and computer controls, along with a strong focus on safety.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Inspect, test, troubleshoot, repair, and install machinery and equipment, including electrical devices, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and automated machinery.
2. Maintain building infrastructure through minor repairs and structural maintenance.
3. Ensure adherence to safety and government guidelines, monitoring machines and developing action plans for issues.
4. Assist in project control, inventory management, and energy usage optimization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and technical training of two years, plus 5+ years of related experience; licensed journeyman in a skilled trade.
• Advanced knowledge of hydraulics, PLC logic, plumbing, welding, HVAC/refrigeration, and general contracting.
• Proficiency in Windows-based systems, reading blueprints, and schematic diagrams.
• Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of 5S and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely.

Certificates and Licenses

• EPA Refrigeration Certification (Type II or Universal)
• Hazardous Materials Certification (Minnesota only)

Work Environment

Exposure to moving mechanical parts, weather conditions, electrical hazards, and noise. A strong safety awareness is essential.
