You will troubleshoot, program, and repair PLCs and electro-mechanical machinery, perform preventive maintenance, fabricate components, manage MRO supplies, and ensure safety compliance while documenting activities.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
  • Experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming.
  • Strong electrical and mechanical skills.
  • Knowledge of welding and fabrication.
  • Familiarity with MRO processes and inventory management.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and PLC-controlled equipment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
  • Program and troubleshoot PLC systems.
  • Fabricate and weld components as needed.
  • Maintain and repair production machinery and automated systems.
  • Manage and order MRO parts and supplies.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members and assist senior technicians as needed.

Maintenance Technician (PLC / Industrial Maintenance)

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment and machinery to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal downtime.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with PLC experience, electrical troubleshooting skills, and mechanical aptitude who are looking for long-term stability and career growth.

Training & Schedule
  • Training: First 2 weeks, Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Post-Training: Transition to night shift schedule
  • Overtime may be required based on production needs
Key Responsibilities
