Global Company in the Ann Arbor area is seeking skilled maintenance technicians to perform multi-discipline maintenance including grounds, drywall, carpentry, masonry, electrical, painting and plumbing. This full-time role requires attention to safety and quality.

On-call emergencies are paid at overtime rate; punctuality, clear communication with clients and team members, and customer service are valued.

Qualifications

• 1 year of maintenance technician experience preferred.
• Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented, and a team player.
• Drug test and background check required.
• Compensation based on experience and skill level.
