The Maintenance Technician at MBAF will be responsible for keeping a facility operating and repairing any problems when they are discovered. A Maintenance Technician will usually be required to perform a wide range of repair tasks around both Ann Arbor facilities. Some other tasks a Maintenance Technician may be called upon to do include installing, repairing, and maintaining commercial or industrial machinery in buildings and in manufacturing settings. Technicians will need to be able to respond to operators' needs with equipment issues to ensure equipment operates daily, perform routine and scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment, work with CGMP departments to update and maintain preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities and assist with fabrication projects as needed.
