Job summary

Metes & Bounds Management Company is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician for a part-time role in Northfield, Minnesota. You’ll perform apartment turnovers, troubleshoot boilers, and handle general maintenance with a focus on resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, English communication, basic computer skills, and reliable transportation. A boiler license is preferred and you will be required to obtain one within 90 days; the company will cover

Part-Time Maintenance Technician-Join Our Team!

Location: Northfield, Minnesota

Pay: $26 - $28 per hour

Hours: 20 hours per week, flexible

What We're Looking For:

• Boiler License preferred. You will be required to obtain your Boilers License within 90 days of employment. We will pay for the Boilers License exam and study material.
• Strong knowledge of apartment turns and general maintenance
• Excellent customer service skills
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable transportation, you will use your own vehicle, mileage reimbursement
• Must be able to clear an extensive background check
