Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team.

The ideal candidate has hands-on maintenance skills, understands apartment building systems, and can work independently to serve residents in North Metro, South Metro and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include completing work orders, maintaining boilers and plumbing, performing inspections, handling emergencies, and participating in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Experience with boilers and heating systems.
• Strong plumbing skills and troubleshooting.
• Prior apartment or multi-family maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general building repairs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Good communication and customer service.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders promptly and professionally.
• Maintain and troubleshoot boilers, hot water systems, plumbing, and other building equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing leaks, fixtures, toilets, faucets, and related systems.
• Complete apartment turnovers and prepare units for new residents.
• Maintain building common areas, mechanical rooms, and grounds.
• Assist with larger building maintenance and improvement projects.
• Respond to emergency maintenance situations.
• Participate in on‑call rotation, including some nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.

Experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician Wanted

We are seeking an experienced, dependable Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who has strong hands‑on maintenance skills, understands apartment building systems, and can work independently while providing excellent service to our residents. North Metro, South Metro and 7 County Roving areas.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with boilers and heating systems
• Strong plumbing experience, including troubleshooting and repairs
• Previous experience in apartment or multi‑family property maintenance preferred
• Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general building repairs
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and determine appropriate repairs
• Ability to respond to maintenance emergencies when needed
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Good communication and customer‑service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be dependable, organized, and take pride in the quality of their work
