Job summary

Ridge Corporation is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing equipment and preventive maintenance programs. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, equipment reliability, and collaboration with production teams to keep systems running safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have experience with electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, hydraulics/pneumatics, and reading schematics, with welding being a plus.

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Hydraulics and pneumatics experience.
• Ability to read electrical/mechanical schematics.
• Welding experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain industrial production equipment.
• Perform electrical troubleshooting on machinery.
• Maintain motors, pumps, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Manage compressors, chillers, and boilers as needed.
• Support preventative maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot PLC systems and implement improvements.
• Repair equipment and drive process improvements.

Job Title:Maintenance Technician
Location:Frazeysburg, OH
Schedule:Monday-Thursday 4:15pm-2:45am (4 Day Work Week)
Pay:Starts at $30-$33/hr (*10% Shift Differential) Negotiable; dependent upon experience

Job Summary: Ridge Corporation is growing and looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our day shift team. This is a hands-on role supporting manufacturing equipment, preventative maintenance programs, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

We are looking for dependable technicians who enjoy problem-solving, working with production teams, and helping keep equipment running safely and efficiently.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Industrial production equipment
• Electrical troubleshooting
• Motors, pumps, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Compressors, chillers, and boilers
• Preventative maintenance programs
• PLC troubleshooting
• Equipment repairs and process improvements
