Maya Condominiums in Old Town Scottsdale is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to care for our 14‑acre property, buildings, common areas, pool, spa, clubhouse and other assets. This hands-on role requires dependable, detail‑oriented individuals who take pride in keeping a community looking and operating at its best.

You will work with the General Manager and Maintenance Supervisor, perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and grounds tasks, troubleshoot issues, handle on‑call

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance across building systems and common areas.
• Ability to read, write and understand English for work orders.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Maintain buildings, systems, common areas and assets within the Maya Condominium Association.
• Perform plumbing, irrigation, electrical, HVAC, painting, drywall, and related tasks.
• Grounds work including trash cleanup, landscaping, and pressure washing.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and complete service requests promptly.
• Be the point of contact for after-hours calls and emergencies.
