Job summary

Staffmark Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician in North Las Vegas, NV to perform preventative maintenance on automated systems. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience and strong troubleshooting skills. This full-time position offers competitive pay, ranging from $25.00 to $28.00 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in distribution or fulfillment.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, up to 480v.
• Familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, and schematic reading.

• Perform preventative and routine maintenance on conveyors and automated equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control systems.

Day-to-Day - Job Duties

• Perform preventative and routine maintenance on conveyors, sortation systems, and automated equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control systems (PLCs, VFDs, HMIs)
• Use CMMS to manage work orders, track repairs, and maintain inventory
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform repairs to minimize downtime
• Support installation and commissioning of new systems
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA and safety standards
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to drive efficiency
