Job summary

Careerwebsite is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a school in Noblesville, IN to support daily campus facilities operations across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general construction. This role requires hands-on problem solving, safety awareness, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

You will complete work orders, perform preventative maintenance, assist with HVAC operations, respond to alarms, and support building and grounds upkeep while coordinating with staff

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of maintenance or facilities experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office) and work order systems.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Physical work ability (lifting up to 50 lbs regularly, 100 lbs occasionally).
• Experience using tools, ladders, and maintenance equipment.
• Understanding of basic electrical systems (110V / 208–220V).
• Ability to follow safety procedures, including LOTO.

Job description

We have been asked by a school in Noblesville, IN to help them find a Maintenance Technician. In this role you will support the daily operation of campus facilities by performing a variety of maintenance, repair, and preventative tasks across building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general construction. This is a small, collaborative, and flexible environment where you'll wear multiple hats to help ensure a safe, clean, and functional campus for staff and students.

Compensation, Schedule & Benefits
Pay: $17.02 – $19.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-time with minimal requirements for off-hours, weekends, and emergency response
