JACOBS WELL ASSISTED LIVING LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will perform routine maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to keep our facilities operating smoothly and safely.

The ideal candidate is reliable, a team player, and has some maintenance experience. Responsibilities include inspecting the building for damage, documenting repairs, performing preventative maintenance, maintaining grounds, and handling on-call maintenance during nights and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems.
• Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques.
• Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends.
• Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to ensure efficiency and perform repairs.
• Inspect the building for structural damage to windows, doors, and walls and perform necessary repairs.
• Keep a record of completed repairs and when the equipment was last serviced.
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep equipment operating and reduce safety risks.
• Maintain outside grounds such as lawn and gardens so they are presentable.
• Perform snow removal to keep the outside environment safe.
• Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed.

We’re looking for a hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our team! You’ll make sure our facilities are operating efficiently, regularly inspect our building for any damage, and conduct routine maintenance on our equipment to keep it running smoothly. The ideal person for this job is a reliable team player and a problem solver who has some prior maintenance experience.
