Penco is seeking a Generator Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance and routine service on residential standby generators and transfer switch systems. This role is responsible for completing scheduled maintenance, conducting system inspections, performing basic diagnostics, and helping ensure customers' backup power systems are ready when needed most. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, enjoys working independently, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Previous generator experience is not required, and there will be robust training and growth opportunities for candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn. Must be comfortable using company software and technology.
