• Complete daily trash removal and maintain garbage and recycling areas.
• Perform minor repairs, touch‑up painting, and other basic maintenance tasks.
• Respond to maintenance requests and report building concerns to management.
• Organize and maintain janitorial closets, cleaning supplies, and equipment.
• Assist with snow removal and ice treatment around entrances and walkways during winter weather.
• Conduct routine building inspections to identify maintenance or safety concerns.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
• Follow all company safety procedures and proper cleaning protocols.
• Complete assigned duties accurately and in a timely manner.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will support the daily appearance, safety, and functionality of the facility by:

Preferred Experience

• Residential, hospitality, healthcare, commercial, or shelter facility experience.
• OSHA certification

Physical Requirements

This is an active position requiring standing, walking, bending, lifting, climbing stairs, and moving supplies throughout the shift.

• Candidates must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors as needed.
