Job summary

Home+ Air and Heat is seeking an entry-level maintenance helper for residential HVAC systems. You’ll perform seasonal tune-ups, filter and belt changes, cleaning, and basic diagnostics while supporting senior technicians on service calls.

A little hands-on experience helps; we train the rest. Must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable talking with homeowners. Opportunities to grow with weekly pay and paid training.

Qualifications

• Some hands-on mechanical or HVAC experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift and work in attics, basements, and crawl spaces.
• Comfortable talking with homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Perform seasonal tune-ups on residential heating and cooling systems.
• Change filters and belts, perform cleaning as needed.
• Provide basic diagnostics of systems.
