Ascend in Brooklyn is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and safety improvements across school facilities. You will handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical tasks, carpentry, painting, and furniture moves, reporting to the Director of Facilities.
The role requires 2–5 years in facilities or mechanical work, a NYS driver's license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Starting wage is $28 per hour with equitable compensation.

Initial salary offers for this position start at $28 per hour. Salaries are determined using an equitable compensation scale that accounts for years of experience and levels of attained education.
