Job summary

PrimeMark Management is seeking a full-time residential maintenance technician to service residential properties and complete work orders. You should have knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, and basic handyman repairs, plus own basic tools and a reliable car.

You will pick up materials as needed and work independently with a dependable approach. Experience in residential/building maintenance is preferred, with immediate availability and a Monday-Thursday 9–6, Friday

Qualifications

• Residential/building maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience not strictly required for employment.

Job description

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has general knowledge of **plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, and basic handyman repairs**. .
• Can troubleshoot and complete everyday residential maintenance repairs.
• Has **own basic tools**.
• Has **own reliable car/vehicle**.
• Can pick up materials when necessary.
• Is dependable, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Has previous residential/building maintenance experience.

Work consists of servicing residential properties and completing maintenance work orders as assigned.

Experience: Not required
Employment: Full-time
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9-6 Friday 9-1
Salary: $20 – $25 hourly
Starting time: Immediate start!
