Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across building systems including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Inspect equipment and building conditions; identify root cause issues, determine repair approach, document work.
• Complete apartment turnover repairs, punch-list items, and minor upgrades with high workmanship.
• Respond to service requests and emergency calls across the main building, corporate office, and rental properties; prioritize for safety and resident impact.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including after-hours, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as needed.
• Provide professional, resident-focused service; communicate clearly with residents, families, vendors, and staff.
• Use safe work practices and proper tools; coordinate with vendors when needed and verify work meets quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to building codes, life-safety requirements, and regulatory standards; support inspections and corrective actions.

Prior Assisted Living Maintnenace Experience Is Necessary For This Role

Qualifications:

• Must have prior maintenance experience


• Must have Assisted Living/Independent Living facility experience
