We are seeking Facilities Maintenance Technicians with a strong background in manufacturing environments, preferably from industries like food, beverage, or pet care. This is a direct hire opportunity with competitive hourly pay and potential for overtime.

Pay Range: $28 - $35/hour

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Shift: Must be able to work 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Conduct inspections to identify potential facility or equipment issues.
Troubleshoot and repair machinery used in daily production operations.
Assist with facility improvements, construction, and small renovation projects.
Maintain accurate inventory of maintenance tools, parts, and supplies.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
Follow all safety protocols and help maintain a safe working environment.
Support housekeeping efforts to ensure facilities remain clean and organized.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in a food, beverage, or pet care manufacturing facility.
Familiarity with preventive maintenance tools and techniques.
