Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain and repair conveyors, motors, bearings, air compressors, pneumatic systems, ovens, ventilation, forklifts, and other manufacturing equipment.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly.
• Perform routine inspections to preempt failures.
• Document work orders in ERP system.
• Assist with installations and continuous improvement projects.
• Maintain inventory of tools and spare parts.
• Follow safety policies including Lockout/Tagout.
• Keep a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations and facility. The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment and facility systems in a manufacturing environment.

This role is responsible for preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, and responding to maintenance needs throughout the facility. Candidates with experience in powder coating operations, conveyor systems, curing ovens, air compressors, motors, bearings, and general industrial maintenance are highly preferred.

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
• Maintain and repair conveyors, motors, bearings, air compressors, pneumatic systems, curing ovens, ventilation equipment, forklifts, and other manufacturing equipment.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Perform routine inspections to identify potential equipment issues before failures occur.
• Complete general facility maintenance including minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and building repairs.
• Document maintenance activities and completed work orders in the company ERP or maintenance system.
• Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and continuous improvement projects.
• Maintain an organized inventory of maintenance tools and spare parts.
• Follow all safety policies, including Lockout/Tagout procedures and safe work practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working with motors, bearings, pneumatic systems, conveyors, compressors, and production equipment.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and industrial equipment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attendance, reliability, and work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting powder coating, finishing, or manufacturing operations.
• Industrial maintenance, millwright, maintenance mechanic, or trade school background.
• Welding and fabrication experience.
• Forklift maintenance experience.
• Experience using an ERP or maintenance tracking system.
