Your day-to-day as a Maintenance Technician

As a Full-Time Maintenance Technician at Valley VNA Senior Care, you will play a vital role in ensuring the functionality and safety of our assisted living facilities in Neenah. Your responsibilities include operating and maintaining essential systems such as boilers, HVAC, sprinklers, and elevators, along with making repairs to doors, roofs, and lighting fixtures. You'll handle minor appliance repairs and operate lawn and snow equipment for grounds upkeep, ensuring a pristine environment year-round. Your expertise in drywall repair, floor maintenance, and cleaning will contribute to the overall safety and aesthetic of our community.

Knowledge of OSHA safety rules and the Life Safety Code will guide your work as you interact with staff, contractors, and inspectors in a respectful manner. This on-call position requires adherence to Valley VNA Policies and Procedures, while collaborating with contractors and completing additional training as necessary.
