Location: Heartland Christian Tower in Nashville, Tennessee

On-Call Requirement:
This position requires 24/7 availability for on-call duties, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to respond to maintenance emergencies.

What You'll Do:

• Perform general maintenance tasks such as carpentry, painting, and light repairs
• Prepare vacant units for move-in, including cleaning, patching, and painting
• Handle preventative maintenance and routine inspections
• Maintain common areas, landscaping, and grounds throughout the year
• Respond to work orders and emergency calls as scheduled
• Support vendors and service teams during on-site work
• Maintain maintenance records and ensure safety compliance

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of maintenance or janitorial experience
• Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Basic computer or tablet skills
• Valid driver's license
