Elmington Living is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Stacks on Main Nashville location. The role focuses on routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to keep facilities and equipment running smoothly.

You will inspect and service HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems; diagnose issues, perform repairs, maintain records, and collaborate with team members to complete projects. Some evenings or weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training preferred.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy equipment as needed.

This position is based at our facility located at 535 Main Street, Nashville, TN. The role may require working in various environments including mechanical rooms, outdoor areas, and production floors. Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends may be required.
