Troubleshoot and repair building systems including plumbing, HVAC, roofs, drains, and general equipment.
Complete carpentry, painting, drywall repair, furniture assembly, and basic locksmith services.
Carry out landscaping and snow removal duties as needed.
Perform routine and specialized janitorial tasks to maintain facility cleanliness.
Use the electronic work order system to manage tasks and document completed work.
Assist with preventative maintenance schedules for facility systems.
Support interoffice mail delivery and coordination of packages between locations.
Work occasional evenings or weekends to complete time-sensitive projects.
Follow all safety procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Perform additional maintenance-related duties or special projects as assigned.

Greater Nashua Mental Health is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep, safety, and functionality of agency facilities and grounds.
