Hinch Crowley in Southern NH is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to handle general repairs, painting, and coordination with contractors for our real estate portfolio.

Qualifications

Job description

As a Property Maintenance Technician, you will ensure our properties' overall upkeep and maintenance.

Monthly auto allowance + gas is paid. Health Insurance, 401 (k), paid time off!!

Responsibilities include general repairs, painting, and coordination with contractors as necessary.

The role will also require an on-call rotation that is shared between the maintenance techs.

Compensation

$25 - $35 hourly
