Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is hiring for a customer-facing role focused on delivering exceptional service and supporting store, restaurant, and truck care departments. You will help with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and general operations using a variety of equipment.

The position emphasizes safety, adaptability, and teamwork, with opportunities to cross-train in other departments. Training and growth are available as part of a long‑standing, nationwide network.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance and resolve customer issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with maintenance and stocking.
• Operate tools/equipment to clean and maintain facility operations (HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, etc.).
• Cross-train in other roles such as cashier or facility maintenance where needed.
• Follow safety policies and procedures to protect customers and team members.

Job Functions:

• This is a customer-facing position with general customer service duties including, but not limited to, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Assisting store, restaurant, and truck care departments with general cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
• Use of various tools and equipment to clean and maintain the overall facility operations to include, but not limited to, equipment repair and maintenance (HVAC systems, fuel systems, service trucks, refrigeration systems, etc.), pressure washing, plumbing repair, site inspections, and other assigned duties.
• Additional duties could include cross‑training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds. Ability to work in various temperatures.
