Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is seeking a customer-facing team member in Jasper, FL. You will assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments, resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience in a fast-paced setting.

This role involves cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and potential cross-training in cashiering or leadership roles, with safety as a priority. Benefits include tuition assistance, PTO, flexible scheduling, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role with general customer service duties including assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Assisting store, restaurant, and truck care departments with general cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
• Safety policies compliance and adherence to company procedures.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.
• Cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Support store, restaurant, and truck care with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and service.
• Operate tools and equipment to clean and maintain facility operations (HVAC, fuel systems, service trucks, refrigeration, etc.).
• Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, and Facility Maintenance.
• Uphold safety policies and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Functions:

• This is a customer-facing position with general customer service duties including, but not limited to, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Assisting store, restaurant, and truck care departments with general cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
• Use of various tools and equipment to clean and maintain the overall facility operations to include, but not limited to, equipment repair and maintenance (HVAC systems, fuel systems, service trucks, refrigeration systems, etc.), pressure washing, plumbing repair, site inspections, and other assigned duties.
• Additional duties could include cross‑training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds. Ability to work in various temperatures.
