Job summary

Heidelberg Materials US Cement LLC is seeking a maintenance technician to perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial equipment, including bearings, couplings and conveyors. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems and ensure safety compliance and proper record-keeping.

What You'll Be Doing

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial equipment incl. bearings, couplings, conveyors. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Collaborate with team members to improve equipment reliability. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level. This position is a rotating 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am schedule. Two-week period on days and then two-week period on nights with days off in between.
