Topgolf is seeking a Facilities Associate (Maintenance Technician I) to maintain and repair venue systems, grounds, and equipment. This role requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities to engage guests and support a high-energy team.

Topgolf is where golf meets a great time. We’re a high-energy sports entertainment venue where every shift is different, every guest brings their own energy, and the people who work here make it all happen. If you’re looking for a place to grow, have fun, and be part of something bigger than a job description, you’re in the right place.
Are you someone who likes to figure out how things work, fix what’s broken, and take pride in keeping a complex venue running smoothly? Do you bring a hands-on approach, a willingness to learn, and the kind of reliability that a maintenance team can count on? Can you troubleshoot a repair issue, respond to a maintenance call, and manage your supplies and tools — all in the same shift?
We’re looking for a Facilities Associate who wants to build real maintenance skills in a dynamic, high-energy environment. No experience is required — we will train you.
