HM.CLAUSE, a Limagrain business unit, seeks an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for our Modesto-area production facility. You will service, troubleshoot, and repair production machinery, manage your maintenance tasks, and uphold safety and compliance standards.
Responsibilities include installing new equipment, diagnosing complex failures, coordinating with contractors, and using HIPPO CMMS for work orders. A strong background in electrical/mechanical systems and welding is required.

GED, High School Diploma, or equivalent experience.
2-5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Knowledge of vibratory screeners setup, operation, troubleshooting, and repair.
Proficiency in forklift and boom lift operation, with the potential for certification.
Skills in TIG/MIG/Stick welding and oxy/acetylene cutting/brazing, including plasma cutting.
Experience with 480/230 three-phase and low voltage AC and DC installation and troubleshooting.
Competence in basic machining using drill press, band saws, mill, and lathe.
Capability in basic sheet metal fabrication using shears, brakes, and rolls.
Familiarity with measuring instruments such as micrometers, verniers, indicators, bore gauges, and tapes.
Basic millwright, rigging, and layout skills.
Proficiency basic math and English language (reading, writing, speaking)

This position’s range is:
1-5 years of experience: $25 - $30/hr
6-10 years of experience: $27 - $33/hr
Our total compensation and pay ranges reflect our market pay structures. As such, individual salaries or hourly rates are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: local geographical market conditions, internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as job related skills, education, and experience.
