Job summary

Estates of Spanish Lakes is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our caring team and promote a safe, comfortable environment for residents. You will assist the maintenance director to plan, organize, and oversee daily operations in accordance with regulations, ensuring a well-maintained facility and responsive service.

The full-time position pays $15/hour and includes Health/Dental/Vision, PTO, flexible scheduling, Direct Deposit, and weekly appreciation.

Qualifications

• 1 year of maintenance experience required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and develop the overall operation of the Maintenance Department in accordance with current standards and regulations.
• Work with the maintenance director to ensure the facility is maintained in a safe and comfortable manner.

The primary purpose of the Maintenance Technician is to work with the maintenance director to plan, organize, and develop the overall operation of the Maintenance Department in accordance with current, federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing our facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator, to assure that our facility is maintained in a safe and comfortable manner.

Maintenance Technician requirements:

• 1 year of maintenance experience required
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting is preferred
