Job summary

Cressy Commercial is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician in Mishawaka, IN to service our portfolio of commercial properties. The role involves routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and client-facing communication, with light to moderate physical tasks Monday through Friday.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, basic tools, and a valid driver's license. We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years’ maintenance experience or equivalent field.
• General mechanical knowledge of plumbing, electrical and building trades.
• Own basic tools to perform building maintenance.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen (required).
• EPA Universal Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain each property according to company standards.
• Perform routine checks and service equipment to prevent failures.
• Assist with heavy lifting of furniture and equipment.
• Troubleshoot problems and perform repairs.
• Provide excellent client-facing and internal communication.
• Adhere to laws and company policies.

We are currently seeking a full-time experienced Maintenance Technician to work Monday through Friday.

What you'll do

Responsibilities include the following:

• Ensure that each assigned property is maintained according to company standards
• Conduct routine checks and service equipment to prevent failures
• Some heavy lifting of furniture and equipment
• Troubleshoot problems and make repairs
• Provide excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Perform all the above and other related duties as assigned in accordance with applicable laws and company policies

Qualifications

This position requires the following skills and qualifications:

• Technical school preferred, High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in maintenance or equivalent field

• Proficient in reading, writing, grammar and mathematical skills

The pay range for this role is:
18 - 25 USD per hour(Cressy Mishawaka)
