INSPIRE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LLC is seeking a hardworking Maintenance Technician to ensure facilities operate efficiently, inspect for damage, and perform routine maintenance on equipment. Responsibilities include maintaining HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, inspecting for damage, keeping repair logs, and implementing preventive maintenance while being available

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience.
• Experience with HVAC units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems.
• On-call availability including nights and weekends.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and repair as needed.
• Inspect building for structural damage to windows, doors, and walls and perform repairs
• Record completed repairs and last service dates
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance to ensure equipment efficiency and safety
• Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed

We’re looking for a hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our team! You’ll make sure our facilities are operating efficiently, regularly inspect our building for any damage, and conduct routine maintenance on our equipment to keep it running smoothly. • Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs
• Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, and walls and perform necessary repairs
• Keep a record of completed repairs and when the equipment was last serviced
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks
• Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience
• Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
• Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques
• Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends
• Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
